What is custom software development?

Do you offer fixed-price or time and materials engagements?
Both, depending on the job. Fixed-price suits work that can be scoped properly up front; time and materials suits ongoing development or projects where the requirements will genuinely move. I'll tell you which one your project is during the first conversation.
Can you integrate with my existing systems?
That's most of what I do. Xero, WooCommerce, Shopify, CRMs, ERPs and custom APIs, cloud-based or sitting on a server in your back office. If two systems hold the same data and neither agrees with the other, that's the job.
What does help desk support include?
Remote troubleshooting, system monitoring, software updates, user training and documentation. The point is that your staff can get on with their work instead of losing an afternoon to something that should have taken ten minutes.
